What is your licensing model? WFE?
JungleMail licensing model for SharePoint 2016/2013/2010 On-Premises farms is per Web Front End (WFE) Server. WFE is a SharePoint server which serves users requests and runs Microsoft SharePoint Foundation Web Application service. Each WFE server in your farm should be licensed. APP or DB servers don't require a license.
Do you offer discounts for Educational or Non-profit Organizations?
Yes, we offer special discounts to academic and charitable organizations. Please contact us or request a quote.
Are there any discounts for stage/dev/test environments?
We offer 50% discount on stage/dev/test licenses. Please contact us for more information.
What happens when my Premium Support subscription expires?
Every JungleMail license is perpetual and includes 1 year Technical Support and Updates. After it expiration you are not entitled to update the product or request support from EnovaPoint technical team. You can renew your subscription by requesting a quote or contact us.
What happens when I upgrade my SharePoint to a newer version?
During the Support period subscribers are allowed to upgrade at no additional cost. Simply let us know about the upgrade of your SharePoint and new licenses will be provided to you.
What is the price of maintenance and support for the second year?
The cost of Premium Support which includes phone, email, online sessions support and software updates is $499 for Standard, $749 for Pro and $1199 for Enterprise edition per WFE. 50% off for renewal of non-prod licenses. 15% or 20% additional discount for 2y or 3y renewals.
