Mission accomplished! Yeah! You might be wondering why I am celebrating. The reason, even though very simple, means a lot to me. It’s that our EnovaPoint team just came back from another SharePoint conference, The SharePoint Fest Chicago, our last in 2014, finishing up our SharePoint Events Calendar for this year. After a lot of work, and a lot of fun too :), we can finally rest and enjoy the good results from it.
I’ve mentioned before that EnovaPoint has been trying to be present in as many SharePoint conferences as possible, all over the world. So we did it this year, traveling to 4 different countries across America and Europe and attending 7 different events. This represents a 350% growth from last year. Pretty cool, right?
And the last conference of 2014, The SharePoint Fest Chicago, really left us with a feeling of mission accomplished. This was the second time we attended a SharePoint Fest conference: the last one was in Denver in September this year, and this time it was in Chicago, held on December 08-10 at the really modern and huge McCormick Place Convention Center. Take a look at some pictures we took there:
Just like the Denver edition, the SharePoint Fest Chicago made an effort to integrate its partner companies with the attendees, placing the Sponsor’s Booths either in the entrance of session rooms or in a central meeting place for coffee and lunch breaks. And it seemed to work pretty fine, considering the number of people we met there. Check it out:
Once again we want to thank all the attendees for visiting our booth, taking some time to know our SharePoint solutions and the staff and crew of the SharePoint Fest for all the support. And one thing is for sure: after a little bit of rest and enjoyment of the end of the year’s festivities, we will be sure to prepare ourselves for a new year of SharePoint conferences.
