JungleDocs licensing model for SharePoint 2013/2016/2019 On-Premises farms is per Web Front End (WFE) Server. WFE is a SharePoint server which serves users’ requests. For the avoidance of doubt, each server running the Microsoft SharePoint Foundation Web Application Service is considered WFE and should be licensed. APP servers without Microsoft SharePoint Foundation Web Application service or DB servers do not require licenses.
