JungleMail Q2 2026 Update: Smarter Internal Newsletters

Since our last update, we’ve introduced improvements that make employee communications more flexible, personalized, and easier to manage – from multilingual newsletters and time zone sending to better previews, wider AI support, and improved analytics.

We’ve also made several less visible but important improvements across usability, compatibility, editing, archiving, subscriber forms, image handling, and email rendering. You’ll find the full details at the end of this article.

1. Multilingual Newsletter

Multilingual Newsletters have been one of the most anticipated JungleMail updates, and they’re finally here. This feature helps global teams communicate clearly across languages, regions, and cultures without rebuilding the same newsletter again and again. Create one primary newsletter, add language versions, and choose between manual translation or DeepL-powered automatic translation.

Each version can be reviewed, edited, and delivered to the right audience based on recipient data such as country, department, office, or custom attributes. The result is faster newsletter production, more relevant communication, and a more inclusive employee experience for every team, no matter where they are.

2. Time Zone Sending

After seeing how often global sending creates timing challenges for distributed teams, we introduced Time Zone Sending to help internal communicators deliver newsletters with greater alignment across regions.

Time Zone Sending helps global teams reach employees at the right local time for each audience. Instead of relying on one global send time, employees can receive messages during their own working hours, making campaigns more timely, visible, and easier to engage with. It is a practical way to improve communication across regions while supporting a more thoughtful employee experience.

3. Better Preview Experience

As design and personalization expectations grow, newsletter creation has become more detailed. We improved the Preview experience to help teams review each version with more confidence before sending.

The improved Preview makes it easier to check newsletters across different widths, dark mode, and language-specific versions. Test emails can also be sent more smoothly from the content page, helping teams catch issues earlier and deliver more polished employee communications.

4. Expanded AI Integrations

As AI becomes a more natural part of internal communication workflows, we expanded our tool selection to give teams more flexibility in how they create, refine, and localize newsletter content.

Expanded AI Integrations make it easier and faster to prepare engaging employee communications. With support for OpenAI, Google Gemini, DeepL translation, and AI image generation, teams can draft, improve, translate, and enhance content without leaving the newsletter-building workflow. This helps reduce manual work, speed up content creation, and give communication teams more creative options when preparing employee campaigns.

5. Analytics by Location from Profile / Geolocation by IP

For global companies, measuring newsletter performance across regions can be difficult. Engagement often varies by location, audience habits, device usage, and working patterns, so one overall result rarely tells the full story.

This update gives teams a clearer view of where engagement comes from. Opens, clicks, unsubscribes, and device usage can be viewed by employee profile location or IP-based geolocation, making it easier to compare regions, spot local differences, and improve future campaigns with more relevant communication.

6. Builder bulk actions. Icon gallery. Web fonts

Small editor improvements can make everyday newsletter creation noticeably easier.

These updates help teams work faster and keep newsletters cleaner with less manual effort. Bulk actions let teams select and update multiple sections at once, while the icon gallery makes it easier to add simple visual elements without searching for external assets. The icon gallery can also be expanded with client-specific assets on request, helping teams stay closer to their brand. Web font support adds more flexibility to the newsletter look and feel while supporting more consistent employee communications.

7. Additional Improvements

We also made several smaller updates that help teams create, send, organize, and review newsletters more smoothly. These include better SharePoint image handling, WebP image support, Microsoft Stream thumbnails in the Video block, anchor support for the Title block, improved HTML rendering for New Outlook, and a clearer subject prefix for preview emails.

To support daily workflow, we also added newsletter category colors, configurable archive locations, subscriber form email notifications, default survey titles, updated UI styling, and better menu behavior on smaller screens.

Together, these improvements reduce small manual steps and make JungleMail 365 easier to use day to day.
